    Yes, this is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. You'll have the flexibility and earning potential that comes with running your own book of business, backed by our infrastructure and support.

  • Do I need solar experience?

    Not necessarily. While solar experience helps, we're looking for people with strong sales fundamentals, work ethic, and coachability. Our training and onboarding will get you up to speed.

  • What does a Sales Rep do here?

    As a Sales Rep, you'll be responsible for generating leads, presenting solar solutions to homeowners, and closing deals. You'll have full support from our design team, sales support desk, and in-house installation crew to help you succeed.

  • How does in-house install help me sell?

    When we control installation, we control quality and timelines. This means fewer cancellations, more confident customers, and a better reputation. Customers trust us because we're not handing them off to random subcontractors.

  • What does onboarding look like?

    Structured onboarding includes product training, sales process education, hands-on shadowing, and ongoing coaching. You'll learn our tech stack, proposal system, and get connected to all support resources.

  • Are there opportunities nationwide?
