Infinity Solar USA Steps In for Purelight Power Customers
- Thorough Cleaning: Professionals use specialized equipment and non-abrasive cleaning solutions that remove buildup without damaging the glass or underlying technology.
- Safety First: Climbing onto rooftops to clean panels is dangerous. Experienced technicians know how to clean safely and effectively.
- Optimized Efficiency: Clean panels absorb more sunlight, directly increasing energy production.
By Infinity Solar USA
When Medford-based Purelight Power shut its doors late last year, the shutdown sent a ripple through Southern Oregon. More than 100 employees lost their jobs, and thousands of homeowners across the state were left wondering what would happen to the solar energy systems they had invested in — or, in many cases, paid for but never received. We're here to help.
Infinity Solar USA has purchased Purelight's assets through bankruptcy court auction, including every Oregon customer contract. We've expanded our existing Medford warehouse, brought on additional sales, IT, and technician staff, and are scaling up to serve the Rogue Valley with trusted solar panel installation the way it deserves.
Our biggest priority right now is the roughly 150 local customers who paid cash to Purelight but never got their systems installed. They did everything right and got left in limbo — and that's where we're focusing our energy first. We've assigned a dedicated team inside our Retention Department to work exclusively with these customers over the next 30, 60, and 90 days. Our team is also helping homeowners maintain the performance and
solar panel efficiency of their existing systems through reliable support and service.
If you were a Purelight customer:
- Watch your mailbox — we're sending letters directly to affected Oregon homeowners.
- Hold onto your contracts, payment records, and any installation paperwork.
- Need to talk sooner? Contact our office at (800) 818-0598 and ask for the Retention Department.
Whether you need solar panel maintenance or support for your solar energy systems, our team is here to help.
Solar is a decades-long commitment, and homeowners deserve a partner who picks up the phone. We're hiring, expanding, and here for the long haul — for new customers and Purelight customers alike.
